Please read these terms carefully before using Radevu. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Radevu ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including customers, service providers, and staff members.
2. Description of Services
Radevu is an online appointment booking platform that connects customers with service providers in Cyprus. We provide tools for booking management, team scheduling, business analytics, customer management, and payment processing. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to agreements between customers and providers.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a provider account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Bookings & Appointments
When you book an appointment through Radevu, you enter into an agreement directly with the service provider. Radevu facilitates the booking but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. Customers are expected to show up on time or cancel within the provider's cancellation policy.
5. Provider Obligations
Service providers agree to maintain accurate business information, respond to bookings in a timely manner, honor confirmed appointments, and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. Providers are responsible for the services they offer and must maintain any required professional licenses.
6. Payments & Billing
Provider subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are quoted in Euros (€). Refunds for subscription charges are handled according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel bookings subject to the provider's cancellation policy. Providers set their own cancellation terms, which are displayed at the time of booking. For subscription cancellations, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design elements, is the property of Radevu or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. User-uploaded content (such as gallery images) remains the property of the user.
9. Limitation of Liability
Radevu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Radevu in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, providers, or Radevu. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
