When you make payments, payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store your full credit card details.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process bookings and payments, send appointment reminders and notifications (including SMS), communicate important updates about your account, analyze platform usage to improve features, and comply with legal obligations.

We share your information only in the following cases: with service providers when you book an appointment (name, contact details), with payment processors (Stripe) to process transactions, with service providers for analytics about their business, and when required by law or legal process. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
